Description:

  • Answer phone calls with a consistent message
  • Record messages in our customer management system and set actions for team members
  • Work in cohesion and collaboration with all team members
  • Manage time effectively

Requirements:

  •  A good telephone manner
  • An ability to answer the phone and be able to take clear instructions/messages and keep a record of client’s information including telephone and email details
  • Computer skills (able to record messages in a database)
  • Previous reception roles would be of benefit, but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience in a busy office environment would be of benefit
  • Able to remain focused with ‘many distractions’.
  • Able to address immediate call while keeping good records of previous call
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • A great attitude and big heart!!!
  • A National Police Check is required

Commitment: Long term

Availability: A team to cover 5 days a week from 9 am – 3 pm. Days and hours negotiable
