Volunteering Sunshine Coast

Pathways to Employment

Volunteering Sunshine Coast is enthusiastic about helping our volunteers. We provide regular opportunities for professional development and education.  We also aide people seeking paid employment, by up-skilling them and providing suitable opportunities through volunteer placements with organisations. Just like the many organisations we support, our dedicated team of volunteers are diverse and passionate.  Recent statistics showed that out of the 3, 000 volunteers we place into various positions, 73% were female and 26% were male. The average age of our volunteers is 44 and a majority live on the Sunshine Coast.
